The port is now complete - with minor enhancements. My efforts are
documented here:

... which is the rtg.php, view.php and 95.php - all in perl.
Any suggestions, bugfixes, improvements, etc. are welcome.
Thanks for these CGIs go to Corsis, which donated my time towards
developing them.

Now that I've been "around the RTG block" a few times, I'm looking for
better way of creating targets.cfg besides rtgtargmkr.pl. I've seen a
few mentined in the past - what's the best?
