I am experiencing the same problem. I have two identical switches
(3750s). I have two separate customers on port 3 of each switch. Their
inbound traffic is being displayed normally however outbound is identical.

Here is the info from targets.cfg:

6.295.208.2 .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.10103 32 string
ifInOctets_4 34 36000000000 (GigabitEthernet1/0/3)
6.295.208.2 .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.11.10103 32 string
ifInUcastPkts_4 34 36000000000 (GigabitEthernet1/0/3)
6.295.208.2 .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.10103 32 string
ifOutOctets_4 34 36000000000 (GigabitEthernet1/0/3)
6.295.208.2 .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.17.10103 32 string
ifOutUcastPkts_4 34 36000000000 (GigabitEthernet1/0/3)

This one is working properly and was the first added.

6.295.208.3 .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.10103 32 string
ifInOctets_5 36 36000000000 (GigabitEthernet1/0/3)
6.295.208.3 .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.11.10103 32 string
ifInUcastPkts_5 36 36000000000 (GigabitEthernet1/0/3)
6.295.208.3 .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.10103 32 string
ifOutOctets_5 36 36000000000 (GigabitEthernet1/0/3)
6.295.208.3 .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.17.10103 32 string
ifOutUcastPkts_5 36 36000000000 (GigabitEthernet1/0/3)

This one shows the same outbound traffic as the first (i.e. it's broken)

Is RTG getting confused with the MIBs being exactly the same?
