[rtg] rtg polling aligned

Do you mean you are polling the same interfaces from two different
systems? This may be a stupid suggestion as I'm not sure of your
reasoning: if you're just doing it for a backup of your polling data, you
could just set up mysql replication.

However, if you're using it to have a seperate backup in case something
should happen to the polling where data gets corrupted, that could be
useful.

I'm not sure that the RTG grapher really cares if you merged two datasets
with different polling intervals.

Am I on the right track with any of this?
