[rtg] Status of Negative Values

Hello List,

I was wanting to record some values in both RF cable and wireless networks (quite common to have -'ive dB values in SNMP polls).  I
read on the TODO list that negative values were still to be considered, but as it was #1 on the list thought that it may have been
completed since the TODO list was over a year old.

Anyone have an update on the status of this enhancement?
