[rtg] New webinterface for RTG 0.8.1

Hi,

I have been running RTG 0.8.1 for some time and i was not so happy with 
the PHP-code that is "shipped" with it.

So i made my own code to create a nice overview for myself.

What did i do?
- I have written the code enterely in PHP5.
- I have made a RTG class wich can collect data for me
- I made this little front-end wich uses my class to get his data.

I am from holland, so i might make some weird sentences.

Do you have any comments or suggestions? Some things i might add?

I am planning to release this front-end to the community, that's why i 
ask it on this mailinglist.

Also i am wondering it this is correct english: "Textical Summary", see 
rtg_03.png Is that correct english? If no, what should it be?
