[rtg] busted graphs

on a gige link, I'm getting busted graphs on traffic around 750Mbps:

Something's wrong here :)


On a tengigabit link, I'm seeing good data all the way to about 4Gbps  
(I think I'm running into a bug in IOS here, as the counters never go  
past 4Gbps, not just the rtg graphs).
