not currently possible to do automatically. dynamic table support was
something i had started prototyping, but you still need to tell it
something about that dynamic table (e.g. is a simple tree with integer
nodes or something more complex like ifXTable).

in the end, it seems easier to implement this logic in the target maker.
if/when rtgpoll grows the support to do multiple PDUs in a packet teaching
rtgpoll about tables would have benefit. even with that support you could
still just iterate the 'leafs' in the config stage if the multiple PDU
support was smart enough to coalesce possible targets.
