[rtg] SNMP timeout issues?

One of the switches I was graphing recently got taken out of production
and powered off. For some reason this resulted in spot graph outages on
random ports on different switches. The poller was running in debug mode
and had tons of SNMP timeouts passing by.

I'm using rtg 0.7.4, wondering if this is a known issue or not. I
unfortunately haven't had time to do any debugging..
