[rtg] /usr/local/rtg/bin/rtgpoll

Hello,
Im trying to install new rtg from cvs, but I get this error :

[root at localhost etc]# /usr/local/rtg/bin/rtgpoll -c rtg.conf -D -vv -t  
targets.cfg
RTG version 0.8.1 starting.
Checking another instance with pid 12715.
PID 12715 is no longer running. Starting anyway.
Using RTG config file [rtg.conf].

Reading RTG target list [targets.cfg].
targets failure on line 3 - syntax error

here is my first 3 lines:
