in order, what i'd do:
- run just those targets on a seperate rtg instance. (different db)
- run just those targets on a seperate rtg instance with debug mode. (diff db)
- run your original instance in debug mode for a couple polls. (same db)
- take a look at what rtg is getting as values and determine what's
  failing or post results here.
