[rtg] rtgpoll using 98% CPU, causing high load

This appears to have been the problem. I inserted lines into my backup script to stop/start rtg just before/after restarting mysql. To be extra safe, I also modified my rtgchk.sh ( run via cron every 5 minutes ) to stop rtgpoll if it is running and mysql is not, and start rtgpoll if it is not running and mysql is.
Since I have done this, I have not seen the high CPU/load issues.
Thanks Jeff.
