[rtg] MySQL DB help

I am hoping someone can help me with this request...  I am not a DB
person at all and was hoping a fellow RTG user would be able to assist
me in setting up indexing in RTG.  I have been running RTG for over a
year without any indexing and the time it takes for graph creation now
is extremely long.  The DB is roughly 331 GB.  I set the DB up using the
scripts that come with RTG.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
