[rtg] CVS stale lock, or just me?

I was trying to co and got the dreaded "failed to create
lock".  (SF authenticated via ssh.)  Been a while since
I last used CVS though.

Tried anonymous/pserver too but that just hung at login.

I'd like to play with rtg for a bit, and if it looks like
it will work out, I will add snmpv3 support, as we have
disabled v1 and v2c on most of our switches.  We definitely
need something "industrial strength" here.

Since the CVS isn't really being kept up, does anyone
have a master list of patches available from the user
community and where to find each?
