[rtg] CVS stale lock, or just me?

Following the instructions on sourceforge
(http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=40625), I was able to grab the latest
CVS just fine:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at rtg.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/rtg login
(pass is blank)
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at rtg.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/rtg co -P rtg
