Thank-you everyone who has helped me. I didn't realise that I'd have to
restart the polling process (although it does mention it in the docco
since I've looked again) I was planning on having rtgtargmkr.pl run more
often than once a day, but if I stick to once a day I'm guessing I'll
just never run into my problem, so that's probably the way forwards.
I'm going to remove my test connection and try it on a different
interface later today, and will CRON the targmkr script for midnight and
see how it looks in the morning.
