[rtg] Traffic is wrapping

We're running the same version and haven't seen that behavior

It's a pretty flat network, a few overseas switches but the rest are 
local.  I should mention I'm running 0.8.1-yrtg.  I see in billf's notes,

   "only one snmp query will be sent to a host at the same time. this
   avoids snmp timeouts and stressing of target's cpu cycles."

which may have something to do with it.  I haven't dug too deep into it 
yet, but it sounds plausible that waiting for so many queries to execute 
one at a time (is this per rtgpoll or thread?) on one chassis may hold up 
overall progress.
