[rtg] nice graphs and colors, cronjob

Ignoring HUPs and a 'zero-out' of the graphs at time of a restart due to a
'hop' in poll times, ie it creates an 8 minute gap with 5 is expected

What exactly is broken?  Is it ignoring the HUPs, or are you just seeing
wonky graph behavior when you HUP the process?  Both are fixed in .8
