[rtg] Non-standard port polling

I'll try it again ...

RTG doesn't support polling any port besides the default port. This  
default port is set in the rtg.conf. It is a *singular* value. If you  
have to poll devices that differ in port, it's currently not possible  
with RTG.

For example, a router runs on 161. A server runs on 1161. You have to  
pick one, not both. I think it would be great to see a port definition  
within the routers file that would go along with the other options so  
you could specify the port on a per-device basis.
