[rtg] Juniper Routers (Targetmaker)

Targetmaker doesn't want to talk to my Juniper routers, and I can't  
figure out why. I can do an snmpget or snmpwalk against any MIB that  
targetmaker is configured for. When I run targetmaker, it successfully  
gets the sysDescr, but after that it doesn't get anything back. The  
network engineers say that since snmpget and snmpwalk work, it's not a  
configuration problem on the router - it must be the software.

If you have targetmaker working with Juniper routers, did you have to  
do something special to get it to work? I did notice that Juniper  
starts interface numbering at 1, not 0 - but I'm not 100% sure where  
to hack that into StandardIf or ExtendedIf (if that's even a problem).
