[rtg] IE7 Bug

I cannot reproduce this with targetmaker .8 and RTG .9.  I opened up
view.php, clicked "Configuration", clicked "Compress Threshold", and changed
it from 5 to 10.  Worked as expected.

What exact methodology did you follow to reproduce this issue?
