[rtg] RTG Bug Fixes

There will be some bug fixes posted. I haven't had time to get things
updated in awhile as I'm still in the middle of a move and trying to
build and environment from scratch at new job. I already have a number
of bugs fixed in it, I just haven't had a chance to get it all cleaned
up and updated in CVS. I also have kept track of any bug fixes posted to
the list.
