[rtg] Memory leak in rtgpoll

Hi

I'm also running the CVS version of rtgpoll on RHEL5.

I havn't noticed the memory usage of rtgpoll increasing yet (although I've not been looking for it) and currently with only 37k targets polled every minute it may not be as obvious, however from a few quick looks this afternoon it does appear that it's memory use is increasing.

Another issues I've seen is that every 2-3 days rtgpoll dies and needs to be restarted I've not seen any core dumps created from it and no log messages so I've not got much to go on (and havn't had the time to investigate more)

Mike

Subject: [rtg] Memory leak in rtgpoll

Hi,

I am using lastest CVS code on RHEL5 and I'm seeing what looks like a memory leak. I am polling ~230k targets and see about 3MB memory growth on each polling cycle. Which means I have to restart every couple of days.

Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks,

Alan
