[rtg] Compiling RTG

Hi Adrian,

Let me emphasize that "rtg2" with your bootstrap.sh script was able to 
make, the problems I see now are in the source.  "Rated" won't make at 
all, with the same errors I earlier had with rtg2 before using the 
bootstrap.sh script.  I'd prefer to wait for the combined rtg2/rated 
code, then try it again.  (I'm easily confused... ;-))
