[rtg] rtg status?

If there's enough interest, I'm happy to create/admin a google code
project to tie bits and pieces of what people have together into
something usable by all.
As long as those who have been talking about fixes/improvements will
contribute them back. I may even dig up some of my PHP fixes to the
UI and integrate them..
