[rtg] RTG 0.9 - FreeBSD

I'm new to the list, so hello all.

Has anyone managed to get 0.9 running successfully on FreeBSD. Upon
build I'm getting 'libtool: unrecognized option `--tag=CC' errors.
That's despite playing with the source to workaround some other build
issues.
