[rtg] rtg status?

I got the one required patch to get interest, so, here's RTG from SF, but in
a googlecode project.

Its an import of the CVS HEAD version from sourceforge. I realise this may not
be what people are running, nor will it actually work.

I think the best thing that can be done for this project right now is if
a few RTG-cluey people could grab the source, build it, try to run it, and
report back on how it goes.

I'll give it a shot myself over the next couple of days and see if I can fix
whatever I find busted.

I think holding off on features until whats there is fixed and stable is
the smart thing to do.

Once we've fixed -that-, we can all collectively hit up the RTG maintainers
and see if they want to integrate the changes back into their CVS version.
