[rtg] rtg status?

As threatened, I've created the googlecode project and I've committed the
first round of submissions from Chris, who has hopefully fixed pgsql
compatability.

So if you've got patches to RTG in your local environment, or you'd like
to do the footwork to forward port stuff like the Y! RTG changes, then
please let me know and I'll take a look at it.

If people are willing to test out the SVN trunk version of RTG and
provide feedback/bugfixes, that'd be great also.
