[rtg] aggregating interfaces from multiple routers

Charlie,

We do aggregates and it works fine.

We use the rtgpoller from 0.74 and use the rtgplot from 0.8.1. I compared
all the different rtgplot versions, and 081 was the easiest to use.

Aggregates works perfectly fine, and it does not matter of the router ids
are not the same.
