there hasn't been an official release of any real kind since '03. your
best bet is grabbing the latest cvs, searching the mailing list(s),
and putting your thinking cap on. there is a new rtgpoll called rated
that is a drop in replacement, located on github not the RTG cvs on
sourceforge, fyi.
