There are issues related to TCP flags not being included in
the netflow exports for the 6500/7600.  I'm not aware of issues
related to the 12000.

Did you read Matt's email?  Not worth the hassle?  Surely you aren't
serious.  Netflow is used all over the world from Tier 1 providers
on down.
