[rtg] RTG 0.9 install issues

I have tried to get RTG 0.9 working on a new centos 5 install (tried debian
lenny, but new issues constantly popping up).

CentOS5 with compiled GD and net-snmp, completed ./configure, but make is
failing:

Making all in cgilib-0.4
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/rtg/cgilib-0.4'
Makefile:161: .deps/cgi.Po: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `.deps/cgi.Po'.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/rtg/cgilib-0.4'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

Anyone who got this fixed?

Someone mentioned this fix, but it did not pass the make install process:

I was able to compile 0.8 without any issues. Currently testing it out..
